ZOLIOV’s Challenge and Solution
ZOLIOV’s engineering and sales teams maintained close communication with the client throughout the project. After understanding the project’s requirements and specifications, three solution options were developed, including the delivery of eight medium-voltage ring main unit (RMU) devices. During the execution, the client requested additional features, such as button protection boxes and live-lock grounding switches. ZOLIOV promptly adjusted the designs and delivered the new products as required.
Given the challenging environment in Africa, all products were rigorously factory-tested to ensure reliability in such conditions.
