Electrical Solutions for Commercial & Industrial Rooftop PV Systems
We design and supply complete electrical systems for commercial and industrial (C&I) rooftop photovoltaic (PV) projects. Our focus is safe grid connection, high efficiency, and long-term reliability inside active factories, logistics centers, and industrial parks.
From low-voltage distribution cabinets and metering panels to step-up transformers and medium-voltage interconnection, our solutions help facility owners reduce energy cost, increase renewable energy consumption, and meet carbon reduction targets — while keeping daily production uninterrupted.
- Energy savings: Use on-site solar power instead of buying peak-tariff grid electricity.
- Carbon targets: Support ESG / CO₂ reduction commitments for manufacturing and logistics operations.
- Power stability: On-site generation improves local power quality and energy resilience.
Project Overview — Rooftop Solar for Industrial and Commercial Facilities
Industrial rooftops, warehouse roofs, distribution centers, shopping complexes, and manufacturing plants are increasingly adopting rooftop PV systems to reduce operating costs and secure cleaner energy. Unlike utility-scale solar farms, rooftop PV must coexist with an active facility: workers, machinery, storage, and safety policies are already in place.
Our role is to deliver a compliant, efficient, and safe electrical infrastructure that connects the PV system to the building’s existing power network without disrupting operations — and that satisfies local utility requirements for parallel connection or export.
Rooftop PV Challenges We Solve
C&I rooftop PV projects are not just “small solar plants on a roof.” They have strict structural, electrical, and safety constraints that must be addressed from day one:
Result: stable rooftop generation with no compromise to plant safety or production uptime.
System Architecture — How Rooftop PV Connects to Your Facility
A typical commercial & industrial rooftop PV electrical chain looks like this: PV modules on the roof feed string inverters. The inverter AC output is collected and protected in low-voltage distribution panels. From there, power can be consumed directly inside the building, or stepped up and exported to the plant’s medium-voltage network or utility interconnection point.
Each project is engineered around your site’s electrical topology, safety policies, and utility interconnection rules.
Core Electrical Equipment We Provide
Case Example — 5 MW Industrial Rooftop PV System
A 5 MW rooftop PV installation was deployed across multiple factory buildings in an industrial park. The system operates in parallel with on-site production lines, reducing daytime grid draw and lowering the facility’s electricity cost.
We supplied compact low-voltage distribution panels for inverter outputs, AC combiner/metering cabinets for energy accounting, and a 400 V to 10 kV step-up transformer for controlled export into the park’s medium-voltage loop. All equipment was factory-tested and delivered with single-line diagrams, protection settings, and grid-compliance documents.
| System Capacity | 5 MW Rooftop PV |
| Voltage Levels | 400 V LV → 10 kV MV export |
| Annual Generation | ≈ 6.8 GWh / year |
| Estimated CO₂ Reduction | ≈ 5,800 tons / year |
| System Reliability | 99.98% reported uptime |
