Why Choose GCK Series Motor Control Center

The GCK low-voltage switch cabinet adopts a withdrawable modular structure. The drawers are highly interchangeable, making maintenance convenient without affecting the operation of other circuits. The cabinet has well-segregated compartments, ensuring high safety and strong short-circuit resistance, and is highly reliable in operation. The standardized design has high adaptability and can simultaneously meet the needs of power distribution and motor control. The layout is flexible, the cost performance is outstanding, and it is widely applicable to various industrial and building power distribution systems.

Main Features
The entire cabinet adopts a modular design with sufficient strength and rigidity, enabling it to withstand the dynamic and thermal stresses generated by installed components and short-circuit conditions. Equipment performance is not affected by lifting, transportation, or handling during delivery.
Openings between compartments are designed to ensure that gases generated during circuit breaker short-circuit interruption do not affect the normal operation of functional units in adjacent compartments.
Metal partitions used for isolation are reliably connected to the protective grounding conductor. Even if the metal partition is deformed by human impact, the insulation distance will not be reduced.
Partitions inside functional unit compartments will not be damaged or permanently deformed by the pressure generated from arc faults or ionized gases during short-circuit interruption.
The switchgear frame is a self-supporting structure designed for vertical installation on the ground.
The cabinet frame and drawers are made of aluminum-zinc coated steel sheet, while panels and doors use high-quality cold-rolled steel sheet with a thickness greater than 2 mm. The frame adopts C-section profiles or special-shaped steel.
After surface treatment, the switchgear is powder coated. The coating film is firm and provides excellent corrosion resistance.
All functional parts or units are designed to withstand electrical, thermal, and mechanical overloads during system faults, ensuring safe operation even under the worst fault conditions. The insulating materials and components inside the cabinet are halogen-free, self-extinguishing, and flame-retardant.
Operating Conditions
Altitude: Not exceeding 2000 m above sea level.
Ambient Temperature: -15°C to +40°C.
Atmospheric Conditions: The air shall be clean. Relative humidity shall not exceed 50% at +40°C. At lower temperatures, higher relative humidity is permissible, for example 90% at +20°C. However, possible condensation caused by temperature changes should be taken into account.
Installation Environment: Free from fire hazards, explosion risks, severe pollution, chemical corrosion, and intense vibration.
Installation Inclination: The deviation from vertical shall not exceed 5°.
Transportation and Storage: The control center is suitable for transportation and storage at temperatures from -25°C to +55°C, and for short periods not exceeding 24 hours, up to +70°C.
